The clip-on tie
A wonderful invention for five year olds, the clip-on tie has given way to the technologically superior zip-on tie.
Of course, any male should just man up and learn how to tie a tie himself. For help, see http://www.tie-a-tie.net/
– Update/Amendation –
Another NaBlo reminded me of the bow tie. I’ll admit to wearing a clip-on bow tie with a tux. But, secretly, I wish I could tie the bow tie.

Favorite food at Thanksgiving dinner
Gravy
Seriously.
What ends up on the turkey? Gravy.
What ends up on the mashed potatoes? Gravy.
What ends up on the noodles? Gravy.
What ends up on the stuffing? Gravy.
What ends up on the seven-layer salad? My teeth.

35 things I want to do before I am 35
Uh uh…I’ve never listed 35 things in my life.
Let’s see, what will I get done in the next two years? The same stuff I posted for the previous topic. I suppose I should be more specific and actually aim for something, but I’m pretty sure what I already plan on doing will keep me busy enough.

I think my calling in life is/was …
Today starts National Blog Posting Month – NaBloPoMo. So, I’ll use my blog for the next month. Or half of it. Or something.
Which gets us to the topic of the day, “I think my calling in life is/was …” I’d guess at this point that my calling in life is to be catching up all the time. It’s seems to be what I’m always doing, and I guess I’m decent at it.
So, there you go. I think my calling in life is catching up on things.
